What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain a centralized inventory of the digital media and AdTech ecosystem, including platforms, tools, and contracts
- Serve as the subject matter expert for AdTech, collaborating with Digital Media teams and agencies
- Assess the AdTech ecosystem to identify gaps, redundancies, and automation opportunities
- Lead vendor evaluations and pilot programs, translating marketing use cases into operational requirements
- Drive automation of workflows across the AdTech ecosystem, enhancing efficiency and governance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations, Ad Technology, or Marketing Technology
- Proven expertise as an AdTech subject matter expert, with a strong understanding of digital media platforms
- Experience with media taxonomies, governance frameworks, and technical documentation
- Background in procurement and renewals with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, and Finance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with B2B digital marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with advertising technologies and marketing operations strategies
