      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute and support predictive analytics and modeling analysis for the organization
      - Collect and cleanse data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and SAS
      - Develop value-added analytics utilizing predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniques
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data capture for modeling purposes
      - Prepare and present analytical results to key stakeholders, including data visualizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field
      - Completion of 2-3 actuarial exams or an advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data science-related position
      - Intermediate programming skills in SAS, SQL, Python, etc., for data extraction and manipulation
      - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completion of additional actuarial exams beyond the minimum requirement
      - Experience in developing predictive models in a commercial insurance setting
      - Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
      - Strong presentation skills, particularly in conveying technical results to non-technical audiences
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional business environment
