      Primary Responsibilities

      • Experience with designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. This role requires a solid understanding of content management systems, front-end and back-end technologies, and AEM’s core components and architecture.
      • Code, modify and debug, web-based applications in the Java language using additional web technologies including HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Assist in code design. Perform code reviews providing code quality review.
      • Perform analysis of interacting systems to ensure changes made to one system will not impact other systems. Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure proper documentation of requirements.
      • Prepare technical specifications, run books, and other system and programming documentation in accordance with internal standards. Provide training to users and knowledge transfer to Support and Operations personnel related to changes to systems.
      • Work with Quality Analysts to ensure changes are thoroughly tested before release. Write unit tests for new code. Diagnose of problematic applications and assist system testing.
      • Stay informed of advances and pertinent changes in software development techniques and technologies.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) is required.
      • 5 plus years related experience (developing customer facing websites)
      • 3-5 years’ experience implementing projects on Adobe Experience Manager Version 6.5 or AEM Cloud.
      • Experience in designing and building robust frameworks that supports component and template reuse across different sites
      • Experience in delivering highly complex web solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
      • High degree of technical competence with the latest web technologies: Java, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
      • Strong experience working in cross-functional teams using SCRUM/Agile development methodologies
      • 1 year professional experience writing fully automated unit tests
      • 2+ years professional experience on an agile team with a sprint length of less than 1 month

      This is a direct hire (non-contract position).

      Salary/level commensurate with experience. Hybrid Remote Ohio: Crown offers mostly remote work for this position. A reasonable driving commute is necessary since some onsite work is required.
