      Job Description Summary

      As the Senior Aero Service Parts Leader, you will lead an organization of functional managers to oversee the Aero Service Parts operations. You will partner with the cross-functional Aero organization to develop strategies to ensure parts growth. As Leader of this organization, you will be accountable for on-time delivery of customer orders and coordinate internal processes in order to meet demands and deliver on business priorities.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      • Oversee a team of functional managers (5-6) who will oversee the Aero Service Parts operations (global parts fulfilment, global parts planning, Warehouse operations)
      • Interface with Regional leadership to develop strategies to ensure parts growth
      • Interface with Aero Alliance and external suppliers to ensure on time delivery of customer orders
      • Interface with Regions and Forecasting, and Aero Alliance on parts forecast
      • Interface with Pricing, Engineering (Parts COE) and Supply Chain team to ensure part setup is completed
      • Interface with Pricing, Engineering and Supply Chain to provide competitive intelligence on win/loss
      • Interface with DT to ensure ERP and other system developments are on track and on budget

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
      • 5+ years of Services and/or Project Management experience delivering for customers.

      *Hybrid role-working remotely with the expectation to be in Houston at least 1 week per month.

      • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
      • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
      • Established project management skills.

      The base pay range for this position is $134,100-$205,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% bonus.
