What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, elaborate, refine, and prioritize Agile team backlogs
- Author user, defect, and enabler stories within the team backlogs
- Drive efficient increment and iteration planning by clearly communicating product needs
- Collaborate with Product Management to determine objectives for functional increments and report product progress
- Participate in increment and iteration retrospectives to help drive continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years leading software product development in healthcare or 5+ years leading technology delivery within a business department
- Previous experience in roles such as Product Management, Clinical Operations, Technical Project Management, or Software Engineering
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Agile methodologies and practices
- Proven track record of driving product delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dependency management and release scheduling
