What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, elaborate, refine, and prioritize Agile team backlogs
- Author user, defect, and enabler stories within team backlogs
- Drive efficient increment and iteration planning by communicating product needs
- Collaborate with Product Management on objectives for functional increments and report product progress
- Co-lead team iteration demonstrations to stakeholders and participate in retrospectives for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years leading software product development in healthcare or 5+ years in technology delivery within a business department
- Experience in Product Management, Clinical Operations, Technical Project Management, or Software Engineering
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in functional roles such as Product Management, Clinical Operations, Technical Project Management, or Software Engineering
