What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the Agentic AI Pod roadmap and lead the engineering team focused on agentic AI solutions
- Develop impactful AI product strategies by researching customer pain points and evaluating AI capabilities
- Invent new interaction paradigms for clients to engage with Hive through AI agents
- Navigate AI uncertainties by validating hypotheses through rapid prototyping and user testing
- Drive cross-functional AI alignment with other leaders in R&D to ensure strategic coherence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in product management, particularly within AI or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in marketing workflows
- Excellent technical storytelling skills to influence and coordinate cross-departmental teams
- Ability to prototype and validate assumptions rapidly through demos and user testing
- Experience in managing complex projects and navigating ambiguity in emerging technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or AI/ML development
- Background in marketing technology or event marketing technology
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in a tech environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess user needs and AI capabilities
- Passion for AI-human collaboration and enhancing user experiences
