What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for revenue and contra-revenue forecasting for annual operating plans and strategic plans
- Provide accounting, forecasting, and financial support for international legal entities in the UK and Canada
- Ensure forecasting and accounting for revenue and promotions complies with US GAAP
- Drive system and process improvements to streamline forecasting models and procedures
- Build financial models to calculate ROI on commercial promotional investments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4-7 years of increasing responsibility within finance and accounting roles, preferably with a revenue focus
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting; excellent technical accounting skills are a plus
- Excellent Excel and modeling skills
- Experience with various ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consumer products industry experience
- Master’s degree and/or CPA is a plus
- Strong presentation skills with a focus on influencing leadership
- Self-motivated team player with a strong desire to learn new skills and grow
- Willingness to collaborate with peers across different time zones
