- Contracts Review, redlining and negotiation: Review and draft different commercial contracts like Information Security Addendums, Search Farm Agreements, Project Change Requests, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Amendments, Evaluation Agreements, Statement of Works, Order Forms etc. against established standards and negotiate acceptable alternatives.
- Contract Research – Research, analyze and provide relevant contract information based on questions from business.
- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, adherence to defined TAT, quality and service level objectives for review of all types of contracts.
- Playbooks/SOP : Maintain and update contract review playbooks
- Stakeholder management : Effectively collaborate with business clients as well as suppliers and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
- Ensure that all agreements are prepared, revised and executed in consultation with business POC and in accordance with approved policies and playbooks.
- Help with onboarding of new members to the team by knowledge transition and QC of their work product.
- LL. B (Law Degree) - Essential, LL.M - Preferable
- 5 - 7 years of industry relevant experience in drafting, review and negotiation of contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on collaborating with key legal and business stake holders to negotiate and confirm legal and business contract terms
- Excellent legal and business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to recognize when to escalate and when to exercise independent judgement and discretion in reviewing and negotiating contracts.

Job Summary:
This peroson will be responsible for contract review, redlining, contract negotiation with supplier, contract termination/ renewal assistance, working on various contract related queries or contract research and quality check of work products of other team members. The person will collaobarate with Procurement, business and different legal teams while perofrming the job.
For any legal advise required during the contracting process, the person will reach out to the attorneys in US and work under their guidance.
About the team:
Legal- Contract Center of Expertise is a team of attorneys and Contract Managers supporting various divisions in review, drafting and negotiation of contracts.
