What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and manage contracts from inception through completion, including preparing and reviewing contract terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
- Interface with internal stakeholders to coordinate contract activities and resolve issues
- Support proposal preparation by analyzing customer RFP requirements and ensuring compliance
- Monitor contract performance and provide regular updates to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Entry-level knowledge of U.S. government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective negotiation and collaboration
- Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry standards and practices
- Experience with preparing competitive proposals and writing compelling narratives
- Experience with international contracts and export control regulations
- Defense Acquisitions University (DAU) Certificates in categories relevant to contracts
