What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational support for IAM systems, including Active Directory, Okta, and SailPoint
- Manage access provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications for users across multiple systems
- Conduct regular access reviews and user entitlement audits to ensure compliance with security policies
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating IAM tasks and improving operational efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and HR teams to ensure seamless user onboarding and role transitions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and 6 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM Operations Support with hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Okta, and SailPoint
- Strong understanding of access provisioning, user lifecycle management, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automating IAM tasks and integrating IAM systems
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Okta Certified Administrator or SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
- Experience with IAM protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve access issues efficiently
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
