What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of the Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategy and program
- Develop and execute a comprehensive DLP program strategy in collaboration with various teams
- Strengthen governance by updating policies and creating clear data handling guidelines for employees
- Design and implement a risk assessment framework to identify and mitigate risks effectively
- Equip employees with tools and solutions to protect sensitive data during movement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years in a STEM-related field
- Strong understanding of Data Protection standards and DLP best practices
- Hands-on experience with DLP and Data Protection tools, vendors, and product capabilities
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- CISSP, CISA, CIPP, CIPT, or CISM certification
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Expertise in designing and implementing a risk assessment framework targeting egress vectors
- Understanding of cryptography and cryptographic key management concepts
