What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, supporting day-to-day financial system needs
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to resolve issues and enhance system usage
- Support core finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting ERP financial systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials
- Ability to independently manage system support, issue resolution, and vendor coordination
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial reporting and data analysis using ERP and reporting tools
- Familiarity with financial applications such as BlackLine, Vertex, and GetPaid
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit requirements
- Proven track record of successful ERP enhancements and upgrades
