      SENIOR ANALYST FP&A

      We are seeking a talented individual to join our FP&A team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Bogota city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for providing trusted financial and strategic advice to drive business growth and profitability.

      We will count on you to:

      • Ability to work independently under general direction, as well as cooperatively within a team, escalating issues and concerns to managers as appropriate.
      • Review and analyze basic financial planning information and reports
      • Assists in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts; tracks and reports initiatives.
      • Support month-end close process by reviewing recurring/standard and ad hoc reports, develop understanding of our P&L structure and analyzing variances to forecast, budget and prior year
      • Extract data from MMC’s data warehouse to support key strategic initiatives
      • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts, graphs and econometric models
      • Research, identify, and explain expense and operational variances to highlight areas of risk and opportunities to improve
      • Perform other duties as assigned

      What do you need to have?

      • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, Finance, Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences.
      • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A process and multicultural relationships with executive roles.
      • Intermediate English
      • Advanced excel skills, oracle and Essbase knowledge preferred
      • Power BI (desirable)
