      About the role

      Source to Pay (S2P) process definition, execution and improvement Analyst will be responsible for supply chain process definition, execution and process improvement

      Analyst will also be supporting one or more supply chain processes and will work with global stakeholders to define the as-is process, work with stakeholders to define improvement areas, create a proposed process, and execute the new process to global supply chain team

      Further the Analyst will be working with stakeholders to continuous measure the maturity of new process, and continuously look for improvement opportunities in the processes

      Responsibilities:

      Supply chain process definition, execution and reporting and governance

      • Define and execute on process initiatives focused on the sustained improvement of supply chain business processes
      • Deliver KPI’s and deliver on business results by standardizing and improvisation of supply chain processes
      • Generate insights into business processes which unify and align strategy and operating plans resulting in enhanced value from supply chain
      • Own quality of deliverables and success of supply chain process standardization, maturity and improvement
      • Collaborate internally and externally for process definition, execution and improvement
      • Identify leading industry trends, collaborate internally to identify supply chain needs/ gaps and build future roadmap
      • Examples of supply chain processes- Contract lifecycle management process, Spend management process, RFQ process, Negotiation process etc

      Technical Competencies & Service Delivery Requirements -

      • 2-5 years of working experience in supply chain / manufacturing industries will be required along with minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Process definition and/or continuous improvement
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
      • Strong Process understanding to break down a process into sub-processes for meaningful interpretations
      • Good communications skills to understand the requirements quickly and able to represent data in as per business need
      • Learner: Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required
      • Proficiency in process analysis, mapping, and optimization techniques (e.g., value stream mapping, Lean Six Sigma).

      Qualifications

      Masters/Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

      2-5 years of working experience in manufacturing industries will be required where there has been exposure to Supply Chain Process improvement/ Continuous improvement.

      • Lean Six sigma in services industry
      • Excellent Business Communication - Verbal & Written
      • Understanding of supply chain processes
      • Interpersonal skills - Able to work in a global environment and with stakeholders located in different regions of the world
      • Excellent Eye for detail: The person needs to have the observatory skills to identify the problem in the most accurate manner and articulate the observations.

      • Effective collaboration - Works collaboratively with others to meet shared goals
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
      • Experience with process automation tools, such as RPA, is a plus.
