Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes for workforce management and payroll
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues or discrepancies
- Maintain internal controls and audit requirements for workforce management and payroll processes
- Assist in audits related to payroll and employee records
- Build and maintain payroll and WFM reports and Dataflows
- Optimize and maintain workforce management and payroll systems
- Work with the business to understand reporting needs
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to HRIS team, managers, and employees
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Identify and implement process improvement and efficiency gains
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to payroll
- 3-5 years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and Dimensions preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with UKG Pro payroll operations preferred
- Experience with reporting tools such as Cognos BI, Power BI, Kronos/Dimensions, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of data interfaces and ability to define requirements for new data feeds
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Additional Information:
The expected salary range for this role is $77,100 - $104,000. This is the salary the employer reasonably and in good faith believes they would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future based on various factors.
