What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Mentor and lead software engineers and systems analysts on multiple projects, ensuring quality deliverables
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and conceptual designs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate user requirements into functional architecture for complex software solutions
- Conduct peer reviews and recommend improvements to software systems and applications
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience supporting, designing, and/or implementing application changes
- Strong knowledge of business processes and project management methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in software engineering processes and application delivery methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Familiarity with QNXT and experience with SharePoint and MS Project
