What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational support to the Legal team and manage relationships with law firms and vendors
- Recommend and implement initiatives for evaluating outside counsel and legal vendors
- Manage logistics and analysis for outside counsel and legal vendor RFPs
- Develop and improve financial and administrative processes within the Legal Department
- Coordinate legal records management activities and maintain accurate documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or records management
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with legal e-billing systems
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills in a professional setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience with Oracle MyCloud, Legal Tracker, and CorpPlan
- Knowledge of legal and law firm financials, metrics, and analytics
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and technology integration in legal operations
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, project management, and process design
