What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead payer contract modeling strategy and consolidation for large managed care payer negotiations
- Perform complex strategic pricing analysis to support reimbursement rate negotiations
- Monitor contract financial performance and analyze managed care performance statements
- Provide training and oversight on payer contract modeling, including expected and actual revenues
- Prepare and effectively present financial analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial healthcare reimbursement analysis
- Working knowledge of national standards for fee-for-service and value-based provider reimbursement methodologies
- Basic technical proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL queries
- Ability to read, interpret, and formulate financial and mathematical rules/formulas

- Experience contributing to profitability through detailed financial analysis and data management strategies
- Familiarity with healthcare financial statements and accounting principles
- Advanced skills in health information systems and databases (e.g., EPIC, PIC)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
