What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze key events and data points across customer environments using the Cyera platform
- Conduct intelligence queries and assist with incident response efforts as needed
- Develop standard operating procedures to enhance service performance
- Prepare and present reports to customers, highlighting observations and suggested remediation activities
- Support the Customer Success Engineering team in onboarding and ongoing platform management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 - 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
- Direct operational experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) settings
- Proven ability to identify, triage, and resolve cyber incidents
- Eagerness to seek ongoing training and certifications to enhance skillsets
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic scripting skills in languages like Python or PowerShell for automation tasks
- Familiarity with analyzing various types of security logs to identify suspicious activities
- Experience in monitoring industry changes and identifying opportunities for process enhancements
