What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze digital marketing performance across multiple channels and conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate paid media effectiveness
- Maintain data visualization dashboards and reports tracking key metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust tracking and attribution mechanisms
- Manage key marketing platforms to ensure data integrity and process efficiency
- Support campaign operations, including budget optimization and allocation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related performance marketing role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other BI/reporting platforms
- Proven track record of using data to drive improvements in marketing performance
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to synthesize data into business insights
- Highly organized, curious, and proactive with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a B2B marketing environment
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Ability to articulate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences
