What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate marketing efforts through the development and analysis of Marketing Mix models
- Collaborate on marketing effectiveness activities, including data delivery and analytics processes
- Consult with stakeholders to design and implement analytical processes that meet business objectives
- Maintain and update a marketing effectiveness roadmap outlining business priorities
- Support executive engagement materials and address critical business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-5 years of analytics experience
- Experience running Marketing Mix Models or other time series models
- Paid Media marketing or analytics experience, preferably in digital agency or client-side roles
- Proficiency in R and SQL
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex findings clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programmatic and/or paid social media, with knowledge of paid search, affiliate, or video marketing
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Intellectual curiosity and openness to feedback
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
