Job Description
- Req#: R06619
- Secure site control for development prospects, including negotiating leases, easements and other agreements with landowners.
- Attend community meetings and represent Invenergy with customers, landowners, state and local officials, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site assessments, fatal flaw analysis and other due diligence.
- Coordinate activities with 3rd Party Consultants on environmental, wildlife, and geotechnical analysis.
- Obtain local, state and/or federal permits.
- Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities.
- Identify development prospects and conduct initial site reconnaissance.
- Prepare budgets, meeting agenda’s and taking notes in Strategy and Departmental meetings
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Familiarity with renewable project development, real estate development, transmission OR power project engineering with a desire to learn more.
- Demonstrated agility and flexibility as business needs and priorities shift.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- A desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Travel as needed, anticipated 25% of the time.
- Valid drivers license

Position Overview
As a Senior Analyst, Renewable Development, you will participate in the development of utility-scale wind and/or solar projects across the United States. This position will be based in Denver, CO.

$72,000 - $82,000
