What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture and analyze training data to support informed investment decisions for Surface Warfare stakeholders
- Assist Senior TYCOM Staff in implementing automated decision support systems for surface force training
- Develop and manage a Training and Readiness Management System Application for training effectiveness data
- Provide subject matter expertise in information assurance to enhance security and system performance
- Support project objectives to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience with Navy surface ship training and certification processes
- Minimum of 8 years of Surface Navy experience
- Shipboard operational experience as a Surface Warfare Officer at a senior level
- Active Secret Level Clearance
- Flexibility with travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commercial or military enterprise program management
- Knowledge of leadership within cross-functional teams and business process improvement
- Ability to conduct workshops to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
- Experience with military shipboard systems operations and tactics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Program tools
