      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with commercial leaders to influence deal strategy through pricing and structuring analyses
      - Analyze member behavior trends using data to provide actionable recommendations for efficiency and retention
      - Drive the revenue forecasting process and lead monthly financial reviews, including Budget vs. Actual reporting
      - Develop a deep understanding of the US healthcare system to inform long-term planning and strategy
      - Support the planning and budgeting process with analytical rigor and insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Business Operations
      - Strong technical acumen, including financial modeling expertise and proficiency in SQL
      - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to distill complex data for non-technical audiences
      - Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Revenue, or Pricing functions
      - Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
      - Experience implementing AI capabilities into financial workflows
      - Familiarity with financial planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)
