      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and iterate on complex financial models to support organizational expansion, including forecasting and long-range planning
      - Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data, ensuring financial projections are based on real-time operational realities
      - Prepare high-quality quantitative and presentation materials for Board of Directors, Investors, and other key stakeholders
      - Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical leadership to provide insights and identify growth opportunities
      - Monitor business performance against targets, identifying variances and communicating findings to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–4 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Management Consulting, Economic Consulting, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role
      - Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring quick pivots and the ability to meet tight deadlines
      - Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
      - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on understanding underlying business drivers
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Tableau or other BI visualization tools
      - Familiarity with Netsuite or similar ERP systems
      - Background in Healthcare or Health-tech, with understanding of clinical operations in a multi-site healthcare service model
