What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a Salesforce case queue, ensuring customer-facing deadlines are met
- Participate in operational pricing tasks, including pricing tier loads and competitive invoice analysis
- Responsible for updates to tools with relevant information from data sources like FedEx
- Assist the team in improving current processes both internally and across functions
- Identify solutions to technical problems and take action to resolve them
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- BA, BS, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working with Excel, Salesforce, and SQL server (running queries)
- Ability to apply working knowledge in the application of concepts and principles
- Capability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity

- Strong analytical skills and experience with pricing strategies
- Familiarity with econometrics and market analysis
- Experience in a healthcare-related environment
- Knowledge of data modeling and analytics tools
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
