      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor, document, escalate, and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to software issues
      - Serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction
      - Troubleshoot complex software functionality issues and support software automation initiatives
      - Assist with new client implementations and upgrades for existing clients
      - Conduct data analysis and validation using SQL and other technical skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
      - Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience
      - CRCR Certification or willingness to obtain within 9 months
      - Expertise in using Ensemble IQ products and proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access
      - Experience with Azure DevOps and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with multiple EMR/EHR systems
      - General understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes
      - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
