What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing client support for productivity reporting and data management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights
- Assist clients with defining data specifications and streamlining data collection processes
- Transform client data to align with specified formats and requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with client hospitals to identify performance improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
- Orient new users to the productivity reporting platform, providing training and guidance for effective adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, focusing on data management and reporting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis
- Strong expertise in SQL for querying and managing large datasets
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and explain complex data concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare workforce data analysis
- Proven experience in Power BI development for creating interactive dashboards and reports
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across simultaneous projects
