What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, support, test, and implement Epic Cadence and MyChart scheduling systems
- Collaborate with MyChart, Marketing, and Web teams for online scheduling integrations
- Serve as a resource for projects, enhancement requests, and incident ticket support
- Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology
- Act as a subject matter expert on project teams, developing test scripts and conducting testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of seven years of Information Systems experience
- Epic Cadence certification
- At least 3 years of Epic Cadence build, support, and implementation experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience with Referrals
