      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver educational support for effective ideation
      - Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
      - Translate proof of concept into scaled implementations while managing technical and people-related change impacts
      - Work with various teams to ensure captured value from business cases is realized in systems
      - Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions that align with business objectives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
      - Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
      - Certification as a change management practitioner
      - Experience communicating complex AI concepts to diverse audiences
      - Ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment, including planning and risk management
