      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver educational support for effective ideation
      - Facilitate the design of proof-of-concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
      - Translate proof-of-concept designs into scalable implementations while managing technical and change impacts
      - Work with business leaders and teams to ensure value captured in business cases is realized in respective systems
      - Support business project teams to ensure optimal value creation through effective change management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
      - Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field, or relevant experience/education
      - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
      - Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
      - Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
      - Certified change management practitioner
