What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver education to support effective ideation
- Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects and ensure alignment among stakeholders
- Manage the translation of proof of concepts into scaled implementations, addressing both technical and change management aspects
- Work with various departments to ensure that value captured in business cases is realized in operational systems
- Support other duties as assigned or requested by leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions that align with business objectives
- Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
