What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and provide education to support effective ideation
- Design and facilitate proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Translate proof of concept into scalable implementations, addressing both technical and human-related change impacts
- Work with business leaders to ensure value captured in business case is realized in respective systems
- Support various duties as assigned or requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field (or relevant experience)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for developing AI solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
- Certified change management practitioner
