      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and facilitate effective ideation
      - Design and implement proof of concept for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
      - Translate proof of concept into scaled use and value creation, addressing both technical and change management impacts
      - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure value captured in business cases is realized in relevant systems
      - Provide expert guidance on AI technologies and their integration into business processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field
      - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
      - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to develop AI solutions aligned with business goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
      - Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
      - Certified change management practitioner
