What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and support effective ideation
- Design and facilitate proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Translate proof of concepts into scalable implementations, addressing both technical and change management aspects
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that captured value aligns with business objectives
- Provide additional support as assigned or requested by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certification as a change management practitioner
- Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience in writing technical documentation and reports
