      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver educational support for effective ideation
      - Design and facilitate proof of concept initiatives, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success metrics
      - Translate proof of concept designs into scalable solutions and manage change execution
      - Work with various stakeholders to ensure captured value aligns with business cases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or relevant experience
      - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in large-scale digital transformation
      - Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
      - Certification as a change management practitioner
