What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver educational support for effective ideation
- Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects and ensure alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Translate proof of concept into scaled implementations and value creation
- Work with various teams to capture value from business cases in respective systems
- Support change management efforts to prepare for user readiness and adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (or relevant experience)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and ability to identify opportunities for implementation
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
