What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and provide education to support effective ideation
- Design proof of concept initiatives, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success metrics
- Facilitate the translation of proof of concepts into scalable solutions and oversee change management processes
- Work with various teams to ensure captured value aligns with business objectives and is integrated into relevant systems
- Support other duties as assigned to facilitate project success and stakeholder engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
- Certified change management practitioner
