What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Design proof of concept solutions and ensure stakeholder alignment on problem statements
- Facilitate the implementation of AI solutions, addressing both technical and people-related change impacts
- Work with various teams to capture and ensure value creation from AI initiatives
- Provide education and training to support effective ideation and user readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
- Experience communicating complex AI concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment
