What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver education to support effective ideation
- Facilitate the design of proof of concepts, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Translate proof of concept designs into scalable implementations, addressing technical and change management impacts
- Work with various teams to ensure value captured in business cases is realized in respective systems
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
