What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and support effective ideation
- Design proof of concept projects to assess the viability of AI solutions
- Facilitate the translation of proof of concept into scaled implementation and value creation
- Work with various teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and change management strategies
- Collaborate with finance and human resources to capture value from AI initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
- Certification as a change management practitioner
