      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and provide education for effective ideation
      - Design and facilitate proof of concept initiatives to assess the viability of AI solutions
      - Oversee the implementation of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user readiness
      - Work with portfolio teams to capture value from AI initiatives in relevant systems
      - Support various business project teams in executing change management strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
      - At least 5 years of experience leading change management plans and interventions
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field
      - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
      - Proven ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives
      - Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
      - Certification as a change management practitioner
