  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver educational support for effective ideation
  - Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
  - Translate proof of concept into scaled solutions, managing technical and change impacts
  - Work with business leaders and portfolio teams to ensure captured value aligns with business objectives
  - Support project teams with tactical implementation to ensure optimal value creation
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
  - Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
  - Ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
  - Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
  - Certified change management practitioner
