What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and support effective ideation
- Design and facilitate proof of concept initiatives, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Guide the translation of proof of concepts into scaled implementations, addressing technical and human change impacts
- Work with leaders to capture value from business cases in relevant systems
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- 5 years of experience orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
- Certified change management practitioner
