      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver educational support for effective ideation
      - Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects and ensure alignment on problem statements and success measures
      - Drive the implementation process to translate proof of concept into scalable solutions while managing change impacts
      - Work with various teams to ensure value captured in business cases is realized within respective systems
      - Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
      - 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
      - Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
      - Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
      - Certified change management practitioner
