What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions
- Facilitate the design and execution of proof of concept for AI projects
- Support the implementation of AI solutions, addressing both technical and change management aspects
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure value creation aligns with business objectives
- Conduct assessments of systems and processes to identify AI opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts
- Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
