What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver education to support effective ideation
- Facilitate the design of proof of concepts, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Translate proof of concepts into scaled implementations, addressing technical and people-related change impacts
- Work with various teams to ensure that value captured in business cases is realized in respective systems
- Support change management efforts by designing and delivering interventions that mitigate adoption risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field, or relevant experience
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
- Proven ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment, including planning and risk management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
- Strong analytical skills to develop AI solutions that align with business objectives
- Experience in writing technical documentation and reports
