What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and provide education for effective ideation
- Facilitate the design of proof of concept projects, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Translate proof of concepts into scaled implementations, addressing both technical and people-related change impacts
- Work with various teams to ensure value captured in business cases is integrated into respective systems
- Assist with additional duties as assigned or requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans and interventions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (OR equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Ability to manage AI projects from inception to deployment, including planning and risk management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
