What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and create educational resources to support effective ideation
- Facilitate the design of proof of concepts, ensuring alignment on problem statements and success measures
- Lead the implementation process to translate proof of concepts into scalable solutions, managing technical and people-related impacts
- Work with various teams to ensure captured value aligns with business objectives
- Support change management efforts to enhance user readiness and adoption of AI solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Experience in managing AI projects from inception to deployment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
- Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Certified change management practitioner
